A CustomerAmazing, this store is simply amazing The Newmarket location staff goes beyond and exceeds customer Service expectations. The tree I was looking for in Barrie was defective, missing parts. I was told they could not offer a discount, not that I was looking for one anyways because if I’m paying for a tree priced at $273. I wanted a tree in new condition anyway. Called and Newmarket store had one available and with an hour of them closing I drove from Barrie . I panicked when I was almost there, but hit with traffic at turtle speed. I called the store.. Hillary was caring and told me she would wait if I was to arrive a little past 6 PM closing time. I’ve always had excellent number one customer service with great suggestions and advice from all members of the staff at this location I highly recommend the Newmarket Urban Barn , And again, thank you so much, Hillary, For not only your exceptional customer Service and kindness, but for completing my living room look ❤️
Linda TherkildsenLove this store. In my opinion, best furniture store in Aurora/Newmarket area. Visited a few different Urban Barns as their sales selections and floor model sales are different. Was worth doing so for me. The outlet in Mississauga is also worth checking out if u are in the area. New stock every Wednesday so it is hit and miss if u are looking for something specific.tables, lamps, pillows, bucket chair and sofa and ottoman in last pic all from Urban Barn.
DilipOur recent sofa purchase experience with Urban Barn has been a mostly positive one. When the sofa was delivered, it was not unpacked and set up as we had expected. When we unpacked it, we realized we had received the wrong colour. Urban Barn were extremely accommodating and arranged for an exchange with no hassles. When the second sofa was delivered (today), the delivery crew were very professional and efficient. They carefully unpacked and arranged the new sofa and took great care to repackage the sofa being returned. Very impressive. All in all, Urban Barn deserves a 5 star review for how they handled our issue. The sofa itself is very comfortable and well constructed. We send our thanks to the staff at the Newmarket Urban Barn and to the second delivery crew.
