If you are looking for an honest and thorough dentist who is extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Navales is the dentist to see. I have been a patient of hers for 17 years. I will never go elsewhere! Her staff is always courteous, friendly and professional. Miguel is Dr. Navales’s assistant. He is knowledgeable and professional and will make you feel very comfortable.

Let me start off by saying... I should have seen a dentist sooner and like most people my situation boils down to money and insurance. I went in last minute because of a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain which I was aware of and am aware that my teeth are in poor shape. But that's what New Year's resolutions are for to always be improving. And I finally got insurance through my husband On the phone it was promising, I felt like I had a solid chance of getting this taken care of. Showed up early to my 12:30p appointment and wasn't called back until almost 1:00p. They took X-rays and because of the pain I was certain it was going to be a root canal. Sure enough I need a root canal. The dentist starts looking around the rest of my mouth and immediately tells me I need other work done. AGAIN IM AWARE . I like most people am anxious at the dentist and also I'm ashamed of my mouth and teeth I'm ashamed I haven't taken better care of them I know it'll take me years and lots of money to fix the damage I helped caused but I'm going to try. Worst part! She prescribed me a medication that people who are allergic to penicillin SHOULD NOT take and I only found this out when I went to fill the prescription and was told by the pharmacist ehhh probably not a good idea. So 5 stars to the guy at Albertsons To the dentist that helped me on Saturday around 1pm your bedside manner stinks and how could you be so careless with writing a prescription I will be calling on Monday to cancel my appointment and taking my business elsewhere If you have any anxiety about the dentist...avoid this one from one anxious girly to another
