The worst experience ever! What started out as exciting family trip to the Blue Jays game, 10 of us total, ended up being the worst experience with any car service ever! All details handled months in advanced, 10 people, stretch limo, pickup/drop off etc. limo that picked us up didn’t have enough seats for everyone and the limo was old and run down. Trip back! Limo driver was late, the limo was absolutely disgustingly dirty, dirt, grime, fluids in cup holders etc.. the limo itself shouldn’t have been on the road to begin with. Once we reached the highway the entire limo shook! The vibrations and constant humming was unreal. I have sent in a formal complaint over a month ago. First time I called back a few days later got told “never got your emails”. Resent emails and got told this time they received them and that the complaint was escalated to the “back office” team for review. I have received nothing now for the past month, I have called numerous times and get the same answer every time, “our back office team” is looking into it. Just called again and now I’m being told they never received any emails from me!!! What an absolute joke of a company. Videos and pics included in review! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Kevin was the driver who took my wife to the airport and he made her feel at ease and got her where she needed to go safely and on time. He showed up early, didn't rush her and was very professional. Definitely would use again.

Just returned from a trip and was picked up by Top Limo. They also took us to the airport for our trip. Wanted to wait till both directions were completed before I sent a review. I would definitely use Top Limo again. Drivers were professional, on time and in contact with me throughout the entire process. Pricing was very good.
