Just got my pup’s first grooming today and I must say that I had such a good experience here. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My groomer was very knowledgeable and very good with my pup. I love the way the cut was done. My pup came out very happy after her appointment.

The service went above and beyond, which was refreshing compared to the big chain stores we've been to before. It's also a great location with an awesome selection. We will definitely be returning. It felt like we were getting superior products from someone who genuinely wanted the best for our pup. I can’t say I’ve had the same experience at any other pet store. I’ll be shopping here regularly, and if you haven’t been before, I highly recommend checking it out!

They cut my dog’s tail and didn’t even tell us when I went to pick her up. It has been hell dealing with it since she was groomed 2 weeks ago. The vet bills and having to stay home from work to watch her to make sure she doesn’t chew on it and make it worse. She can still get to it with her cone on so thank you so very much for hurting my dog. We will not be returning so say bye to Sandy Cheeks. Response to Owner response: close down the Google page!!!!!!!!!! the only reason I went is because it said Uptown Dawg and I’m 100% sure they still have the name on the side of their building. We only went there because it had good reviews clearly misleading. Their answering machine says Uptown Dawg Cloverdale. So someone is lying and not taking accountability.
