This used to be "my local" shop I would always go to, but after a recent renovation prices have gone through the roof and the last visit has left me shocked. I know that Tire shops make their mark ups on tire sales, but I was shocked when I was quoted £150+ VAT to balance 4 new tires that I had sourced myself. After I mentioned that they were recently refurbished wheels, he asked for a technician to come over and see if he was able to fit the tires and then he mentioned that there would be a disposal charge for the 4 old tires. It was at this point that I got a call and left the premises. I turned up at a non-busy time and I was able to get good service immediately at another local tire shop. Don't treat your customers like idiots and when you try to "Nickle & Dime" someone, people wont come back. There are enough places around not to have to deal with service like that.

Super helpful when it was discovered my wheel was cracked after it went down one of the many potholes in 3rd world Britain. They even called a wheel repair company for me who were also brilliant. Very happy customer

In a bit of a bind before new year and needing new break discs and pads for a vauxhall corsa. Called up in a bit of a panic but the lovely Raf was so polite and managed to get me in straight away and fitting was super quick. So pleased with the service and I'll certainly consider for any servicing or tyres in the future!

Staff were friendly but wait time was incredibly long (almost 2.5 hours for front tyre changes and no allignment). I was actually okay with this until I heard them say "the online booking times mean nothing, its a first come first serve basis", and realised that three other people that arrived after me had their cars seen before me. It ended up being a rather frustrating experience, especially as I had to bring my baby with me and was told the wait time was between 1-1.5 hr.
