Had an amazing experience with Corey and the team. Corey was patient with my injury, taking the time to rule out possibilities until we were able to capture the true cause. Everything from scheduling, payment (thanks Alex!) and sending exercises were stress free and simple. Jessica was amazing throughout my pregnancy, she walked me through a detailed pelvic assessment and helped me make sense of all the changes my body was going through. She also helped ease a lot of the anxiety I had around labor, which made a big difference in how I approached the experience. Postpartum, I worked with Corey for my back pain and thumb-wrist pain from holding the baby. His approach of combining targeted exercises with dry needling was a game changer. I felt noticeable relief and steady improvement after each session. Both Jessica and Corey were kind, insightful and considerate of my wellness. I had a great experience at this physiotherapy clinic! My shoulder feels so much better now after being dislocated, and I truly credit the team here for helping me get back to normal.
