Lifemark Physiotherapy Downtown London

This is Jim Wylie. I went to the physio at Lifemark at the YMCA downtown London. I would like to say the everyone I dealt with was wonderful knowledgeable and friendly. My physiotherapist Naz And her assistant were amazing. They took the time to instruct me how to do these exercises properly. I had complete knee surgery done and after six sessions I was walking much better and pain free. Thank you for all your help. You guys were fantastic. I had a right knee replacement Mar 24th. I started physio shortly after. All the staff from the front desk receptionist to the therapists are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make sure each visit you mend. I followed all the exercises at home on a daily basis. By my last appointment on May 5th, with their help I could bend my knee 120. I see my surgeon today (May 6th) for his final review. I am sure he will be pleased with my progress. I sincerely want to thank all the staff for their patience 🙏 and kindness during my knee recovery. Thank you 😊

I had a right hip replacement earlier this year and my pain was terrible. My mobility was severely affected. With with the help and guidance from Naz and her team members I have come a long way in my recovery.
