If you need the encouragement to book the appointment, just do it. Starting from your first phone call, Jessica at the front desk was so knowledgeable and kind and so easy to work with. Nastassia was so helpful and helped me recover after my injury. I felt safe and comfortable in the clinic and even more comfortable in the hands of these two lovely ladies. It felt like I was their #1 patient, but from watching their interactions with other patients, they meet each person with that care.

I have been recovering from a total knee replacement and I had chosen Old North Physiotherapy as my recuperation partner. The first thing I liked about Old North Physiotherapy was it's easy drop off spot right in front of the professional building. The facility is top notch, well lit with floor to ceiling windows. As soon as you enter the building it's on the main floor to the left...no stairs or waiting for an elevator. Danielle greets you with professionalism and courtesy, and my PT Charishma is patient, kind and thorough. She's so positive and supportive. Finally, I love the exercise portal they give you. It gives you exercises in both descriptive and video format and I refer to it often. I highly recommend.

I started at Physiotherapy after an injury to my foot that needed surgery. I went in very nervous and apprehensive because I was convinced I was going to be stuck with no movement in my foot forever. I was told that I would be working with Nick and he was so wonderful through the entire process. He made me feel very comfortable and the knowledge that he had was incredible. I asked so many questions to try and understand my injury and rehabilitation better and he always took the time to answer thoroughly and help me to understand. I had sessions for about 3 months where Nick was very progressive with the exercises, starting very slow and making sure to increase difficulty gradually so I didn’t injure myself further. He also gave me an extensive plan that was emailed to me for me to review and do exercises from home between sessions. I am extremely happy with the care that was provided to me through my recovery and am so grateful for all of Nicks hard work. I would absolutely recommend, I had such a great experience !
