These days there seems to be a great deal of rigs that look like they shouldn't be legally on the road. If I could give 0 stars I would have. My shipment was subcontracted to Kurtz trucking and when it arrived the pallets were stacked on top of each other. Making them too heavy for my forklift. My forklift operator wanted to unload the top pallet first to make it lighter. The Kurtz driver did not want to wait and he started throwing my items into the road (over a hundred pieces into the road). The moment the pallet was off his truck he left. Leaving my employee to pick up the pieces from the road. No one is accepting responsibility for the driver nor offer a solution for damaged goods.
