Ok, so after a long day of disappointment in trailer purchasing, I called Becker Bros. to be told I would get a call back. A kind gentleman returned my call, dropped everything on a Sunday, last minute because he could hear the frustration in my voice. He kept in contact with me throughout the afternoon, and when things couldnt get worse, he helped with a flat tire as well. I am not sure if he will realize how he calmed my anger and anxiety, but I felt like he cared. On a day that was so far off course, he brought us back to positive and made our day better!
