Our kitty gets all stressy-stressed when we put her in the cat carrier. At her yearly checkup, we love it when Dr Mena gives her a little cuddle and smothers her with kisses. Dr Mena is efficient and gentle, and clearly loves animals. The office staff is always informative and helpful when we call, they're wonderful.
I switched from another vet to Rockland and it was the best decision I’ve ever made with regards to my pets care. It’s obvious that they really love and care for animals and regularly check in to see how they are healing at home. They feel like family and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a switch from those vets who persistently try to upsell and are in it for profit only. Rockland is genuinely the real deal.

Longer Review: 🐶 I have been taking my three rescue dogs to Rockland Vet for the past few years, and I couldn’t ask for a better team. Gracie, my 13 year old Collie, has had some very serious health issues over the years, and just two weeks ago she had a lump removed. Through everything, the entire Rockland team has been nothing but supportive, knowledgeable, and patient; not just with my dogs, but with me as well. Because all of my dogs are rescues, we don’t know their pasts or the fears they carry. The staff at Rockland always approach them with such patience and compassion, which makes every visit less stressful and truly comforting for me as an owner/guardian. Dawn and Sheri, the first point of contact at the clinic, are absolute superstars. They are a huge reason I remain a loyal client. They are incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to answer my questions, and give advice that makes me feel confident and reassured. The doctors and the tech team, Jill and Krissy, are also amazing!! They are professional, compassionate, and clearly passionate about the care they provide. After Gracie’s recent surgery, they even called the very next day to check in on her, which meant so much. The removal of her stitches was also done flawlessly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found Rockland Vet. They don’t just care for my dogs; they truly care about them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate team to care for their pets.
