Overwhelmingly kind, and I’ve felt very listened to and respected. They have many of the usual issues of American healthcare offices, like delays in getting appointments sometimes because systems are swamped and insurance is slow. But the actual providers have been respectful and — in my experience — have shown themselves to be professional and respectful of transgender folks and larger bodies, including not pressuring me to step on the scale when I decline.
