Very unprofessional! I came here for a root canal, but on my first visit I didn’t even see the doctor who actually performs root canals. I had already done an X-ray at another clinic a week before, but Dr. Wenjing Zhong insisted she couldn’t see it and made me take a few more just to charge extra — really DISAPPOINTING. 😡 They told me to wait 2 weeks for the root canal specialist, but after waiting, my appointment was booked as a filling instead. HOW COULD YOU GET THIS WRONG. In their email, who lets patients know about the treatment on the day?! That’s just RIDICULOUS! On my second visit, the treatment still didn’t happen and they told me I would have to wait another 3 weeks. 😡 This clinic was a complete waste of my time and money! I do not recommend Bridge Dental! There are so many dental clinics in town, I would suggest going somewhere else.

This is a very good dental clinic that is honest and fair; they are very thorough with their examination and cleaning services. Reminders are sent via text, which is a bonus to help remember the appointment the day before. Dr. Zhong is very experienced in assisting with your needs and working within your budget on specialized services, and does not promote services that are not needed. I would highly recommend their services for comfort, care, and thoroughness.. They specialize in a full range of dental services, along with dentures, implants, and more.

THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER VISITED. They take millions of X-rays, and the doctor sees you for 2 minutes. Does not explain anything, everything is rushed. If you need a filling, the doctor asks you to wait for ONE MONTH. With all that wait time I would go to another clinic that actually CARES about their patient.
