I just visit there and admire the animals. They each have clean and cozy space with toys. The staff very friendly and kind. The staff very compassionate animal lovers that take great care of the animals in their possession. Don't hesitate to drop by and ask questions or see the animals. I highly recommend it.

They were very understanding and were willing to go the extra mile and go out of their way to help me so it doesn’t cost as much for licensing and other fees associated with a dog impound. Always friendly and smiles. They definitely work very hard and don’t get enough recognition for all they do I’m a low income single parent and they have to do so many different jobs wear different hats depending on the situation. Sometimes they barely have time to catch their breathe I’m forever grateful for the help and empathy I was given considering the situation they had every right to charge me every penny but chose to help plus I got sonic out of jail! Thank you all so much

A Racoon was spotted camping at my house, he didn’t looked harmful but was very stressed and was shivering a lot probably due to the weather being cold outside. KWHS was called upon and they directed a representative to rescue him out. The rep was very polite and did his job properly with immense patience as this guy was hiding underneath my neighbour’s car. All in all good communication and great service. Appreciate your help guys.
