Very disgusting and pathetic service. Did tests from A–Z and still could not diagnose my pet correctly. Multiple visits, thousands spent, and no solution. We kept getting the runaround about needing “more tests.” They took advantage of our desperation to figure out what was going on. They ran several expensive tests that had nothing to do with the symptoms. We went to a second veterinarian for another opinion and were given a completely different diagnosis. Beechmount Animal Hospital may be fine for regular check-ups, but if your animal has serious medical issues then ask a friend or coworker for a recommendation. Save yourself your time and money and avoid this place at all costs. Shame on them. I don’t think their staff are experienced or have any clue what they’re doing. Pathetic, disgusting, and they humiliated my poor animal for no reason. 0 ethics, 0 knowledge, 0 common sense. 0/10.
Dr Jill and the team here are great. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and always take care of my dog and cat.
I’m terribly late to posting a review for them but I moved to town late last year and unfortunately had my cat develop cancer in January. The team at Beechmount were absolutely fantastic in the care they showed, their prompt replies, their tone, and the quick referral for an ultrasound here in KW. After an emotional day saying goodbye to my cat, the team sent a lovely hand written card expressing their condolences which I was very grateful for. I have not yet been a pet owner since but I would have no hesitation in working with Beechmount in the future. Thank you!
