This is a very unprofessional company. I checked in at 10:30, and they didn’t even call me until around 1:20. That’s almost a three-hour wait just to get started. I finally got loaded at 3:00 PM. The waiting times here are extremely long, and it’s a complete waste of time. The loading and unloading process is terribly slow, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.”

Went to deliver a load to this warehouse, it was a breeze. Staff in the office was polite curtious and they come outside to cut the seal. There us fairly enough room to dock anda clean full working restroom with the running hot water. They were quick to unload too. I was out of the facility within one hour.

Avoid this place like the plague. I arrived on time they just detained me for more than 24 hours then told the broker that I was late and I got penalized $250. I also lost the money that I could have made by driving because I was sitting in their parking lot all day and along the curb all night. When I showed the broker Dewayne with Brock Logistics the evidence that I was on time by the specific address tracking of my electronic driver log, he yelled at me.
