We had a very disappointing experience with this trucking company due to the behavior of their driver. First, he showed up without a pallet jack, so we brought one out for him to help. Instead of using it, he told us we had to go into his truck and pull out our pallet ourselves — without telling us which pallet was even ours. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s also unsafe and a waste of our time. When we asked for cooperation, the driver became argumentative and threw a tantrum instead of doing his job. He only started cooperating after we had to call the warehouse. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and we hope the company addresses it seriously so others don’t have to deal with the same treatment.

I have used NW Xpress since the day I’ve been in business , we started with 1 truck with them and now I have 8 rigs leased with them. Top notch company. I highly recommend them fuel cards and quick pay is offered for a very realistic rate.

The team over at NW Xpress is simply the best in the freight business. From dispatch to accounting these folks are on top of it. Problems get solved fast, and its a rare occurrence if they even happen at all. Thank you!
