I started dealing with Brighton Spring in January of this year. Its is convenient having the water dropped off at your door. I also love the quality of the water and the service is top notch.

Avoid This Place – Rude and Unprofessional Staff Stopped in after Google listed this business as a water refill station (Sobeys’ system was down). I walked in and was completely ignored by the woman at the counter, who was too busy scrolling on her phone to acknowledge a customer. When I politely asked about refilling a jug, she gave me a disgusted look and snapped that they only serve businesses with contracts. No signage, no explanation — just attitude. If you’re a regular customer or business client, maybe you’ll get treated better. But for anyone else? Don’t bother. They clearly have no interest in walk-ins or basic customer service. Look elsewhere.

In a nutshell. Canceled delivery of existing water company, find out they don't deliver to my area, I'd have to drive an hour there to get their water, discovered all this on a phone call. :( Drove there today and discover the bottled water is for existing customers only. No where on their website or anyone from the phone call told me this. Wasted my time, thanks.

I wasn't able to be a customer because they don't ship to Toronto, however, I wanted to leave a review that their customer service got back to me so fast and promptly (on a weekend!) and refunded my order immediately, that I was very impressed.
