This store is slowly going downhill. Every time we go here, it gets worse in every aspect. The last time we ate here was a couple weeks ago, I called ahead for pick up as we were 20 min out and were in a hurry as we had somewhere to be. When we got to the store, there was a person in front of me who placed their order and got it right away. I then went up to the counter where I was greeted by a miserable young adult, who then preceded to tell me that they gave my order to the person that was in front of me. I was not very happy as I called ahead, I then had to wait an additional 25 min for my order..... while I was waiting the two young adults working were arguing and you could hear them in the back as they both seemed to be in a foul mood. When I finally got my pizzas and crazy bread and was able to go home, we were disappointed again. Our pizza was pretty much all crust, it was literally like 2 bites of actual pizza, waste of money and to top it all off, we ended up being late and were unable to eat with the family members we were supposed to. The only good thing I have to say is that on this particular day, their crazy bread was on point and perfect which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Stop with the tipping. Bought an order of crazy bread. 10 minutes before anybody came to the counter because they were busy dealing with the customers that weren't there. Then they hand you the machine because they want a tip for turning around and pulling a bag out of the oven and putting it on the table. You feel obligated, so I tipped. I just threw the crazy bread at the window because it was disgusting. I'm okay with tipping at a restaurant but to walk in and get a bag of crazy bread and expect a tip.
