This is a wonderful practice to go to and the Bella Grove location is great. Always greeted upon entering, the do offer bottled waters for those that would like one. Of course making an appointment is ideal here but they do offer same day appointments there on the second floor. I love how my primary care doctor always takes the time to talk with me about any concerns and I never feel rushed here.

The Brio experience is first rate, from the the check-in desk to check out! Upon entering, the first thing you notice is the cleanliness and the many waiting options, from clusters of comfy chairs to more individualized, and equally comfy benches, housed in private "nests." I love the expansive airiness of the two-story atrium and how the waiting area is spread-out, so you don't feel that your lined up for a cattle-call. Lastly, the check-in staff is always cheerful, upbeat, and efficient, and I've never had to wait long to see my doctor. The staff charged with ushering you to your doctor are professional and thoughtful while obtaining your biometrics and making sure you are comfortable. My doctor, whose name I won't mention for purely selfish reasons, is the best I've ever had treating me and is the most professional and thorough by far-she covers all the bases and asks probing questions to better understand each aspect of my treatment. She orders further testing with outside professionals to get a clearer overall picture of my health. Her individualized treatment plan covers the "whole self." And she does all this with kindness, empathy, open friendliness, and good humor in addition to her vast medical acumen and skill. She treats me as a friend, not someone who is a faceless number in a never-ending sea of patients. I do not wish to see another staff doctor (no offense), when I feel I have found the perfect fit for me.

If you're tired of seeing doctors who rush through your visits, don't listen when you speak, and fail to follow through, then you need to come to Brio. They care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure that all bases are covered. Visits aren't rushed and staff ask thorough questions to ensure the best care is provided. Staff are friendly and will lift your spirit from check in until the time you leave. There isn't another practice in upstate SC that can match or surpass Brio in level of care or compassion.

Although Brio is big it’s a well oiled machine. The staff is well trained and friendly. The care I’ve received has been stellar. Dr. Norman is professional, knowledgeable and down to earth at the same time. 10/10 recommend
