Elven Ni is my coach at ISS of BC, I am in the program Career Paths for skills Immigrants. Elven helps me stay motivated and I could en-roll in a certification related to my experience, there are various modules for us like resume preparation, networking and interview skills. Their team is very supportive. I rely on Eleven and their team for support, i can share my problems and he listens to me patiently and motivates me to keep moving ahead.
