Brockville Family Dentistry

At first, I was ecstatic to get an appointment, I was in a great deal of pain and couldn't tolerate it. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my teeth and given a rinse to use as the dentist suspected a virus was causing the pain. The rinse was not covered. At home, I easily spotted 3 cavities in the area I am experiencing pain. I am going back in the A.M. in hopes to get my money back for the unnecessary rinse but I do not believe I want a dentist that couldn't spot these cavities to work on me.

Thank you, Dr. Laura and Hershel (who assisted), for fixing my dental emergency. Dr. Laura was very gentle and easy to talk to. From Brooke (reception) and my initial meeting with Dr. Laura and Sydney (Hygienist), all the staff I met were very kind, professional, and caring.

Went to seek help with a painful tooth. Was told I need to be referred to a specialist due to the position of my tooth. They gave me meds for my tooth pain and told me they sent the referral to Kingston and I’ll get a call soon. The staff were friendly and polite but unfortunately here I am over a month later with no answers on who I’ve supposedly been referred to. They also stopped email communications after my initial visit. Update: After posting this review I got a call from the specialist the next day. It's truly Unfortunate it had to be that way.
