You’re lucky if you get consistency out of this office with professionalism. Seems like the more they are comfortable with you the more excuses they make when they screw up. I had more bad experiences than good ones with a particular broker. My policy was scheduled for years around both the broker and mangers vacation weeks every year. Not realizing this pattern until the 2 times out of the 12years of being there . I was shopping for the best policy. Every year respectfully before I renew I check . Well this time I had enough. I was basically left on my own stuck with a high policy that I did not consent to. Yes the insurance companies jacked up the premiums this year but that besides the fact I was trying to avoid being locked into a high premium. Anyways in order to cancel your policy there’s a form to do so. Imagine trying to get this form before your renewal date and both the broker and her manager is on vacation? Wouldn’t you be frustrated when you finally get the form later after 2 NSF went through that clearly could have been prevented. So I walked and took the loss and the old time teaching that came with it. “Somebody else isn’t going to always do it for you. You got to go and do the job yourself “. It’s a shame I got to say this. After covid some of the staff become lazy home bodies that answer the phone from home and have no professional skills to display what’s so ever . No email response were ever followed up until I raised it to the highest manager in that department. The communication is poor, they avoid trying to speak to you directly. Your always having to leave voice mails that don’t get followed up on they say 2 business days and they don’t call back. Your always chasing and as tax paying client no client should have to do that. So keep emails as proof of communication because they will deny everything to cover they back. Be smart and avoid this company and do your own research if you can.
