DESPITE THE PUN in its name, this shop stands for welcome commercial diversity on Cortelyou Road. Nearly all else on the street is about food, drink and healthcare. There is a hardware store and an upholsterer and not much else from the wider world. The shop displays in its windows gifts I hope never to receive but it is well kept, an obvious labor of affection, and mildly eccentric enough to be forgiven the pun.
