I absolutely love this branch, especially because of the staff. Not only are they always super helpful for my library needs (finding me a bag when I have too many books!), but they remember me and are a resource for food, salons and everything else within the community. Honestly my favorite staff of any of the Brooklyn branches, which is saying something because I've hit up many of the branches over the years. This spot is a true community resource -- it's small but mighty! Excellent community outreach programs with designated meeting rooms, a pleasant work area, nice bathrooms and a great kids section. My only complaint? I wish they were open on Sundays as well.

Visited new location of Brower Park Library @ Brooklyn Children's Museum. Compact and technology outlets in adult section. The neatest thing was being able to capture a view of the Children's museum through a window. Reading nook, cultural displays. Brower Park is my local library and I'm so glad it's here! The librarians are helpful and kind, the children's section is beautiful, and workspaces for adults have comfortable chairs & good lighting. It's my favorite place to bring headphones and read a book.
