I have lived here for almost three years and it has been a great experience! I love having my own bathroom and the amenities, like the pool and gym. Rylee along with all the other front desk peeps are always super nice whenever I came in to grab packages or had any questions!! Great place to live in college!

Love the furniture the place came with. The clubhouse is well upkept and staff is very friendly. I like the gym (it comes with a lot of equipment for a clubhouse gym), the study spots, and especially the free coffee machine. Special shout-out to Rylie - she gave us an excellent tour, answered every question my family had, and is good company every time I'm at the clubhouse. I have seen a few bug issues on the first floor, but have not had any problems on the second floor.

When our granddaughter lived in the commons (1.5 yrs) during school, she wasn’t happy. Many things were broken or out of order, and never fixed (hottub, elevator, etc) The Commons “fees” were outrageous (for everything!) OH! And the rent bumps from $550 to $800 in 1.5 yrs. Maybe the new company will make it better!
