Brooks Used Auto Sales LLC

I strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 from Brooks Used Auto on July 14, 2025. The dealership agreed in writing to make several repairs before and after purchase, including issues with the thermostat and coolant system. Over the next two and a half weeks, I brought the car back multiple times — yet the promised repairs were either incomplete or caused new problems, including the vehicle becoming undriveable. Even worse, during my visits to the dealership, I was repeatedly left alone with full access to open, logged-in dealership computers. These appeared to contain sensitive customer data, including sales and financial records. As a non-employee, I should not have had access to that information. This raises serious concerns about how the dealership handles personal information and customer privacy. After promising to refund my money, they later changed their position and refused, despite the car being undriveable and the damage now being worse than when I bought it. I’ve had to open complaints with the Oregon DOJ and DMV. The entire experience has been stressful, dishonest, and unsafe. Please protect yourself — I would not trust this business again with my money or my personal information.

Friendly and helpful!! Had a dead battery and walked up to the lot and got help from one of the employees. Offered to pay him and he denied. Go buy a car from them they have different makes and models for different folks!!

Very professional and accommodating. Offers simple fix mechanics as well as easy suggestions and recommendations if the car you bought needs repair.
