jfernan32I have ordered doors from them in 3 separate occasions and I can't deal with the bad service anymore. They missed their date by at least 3 weeks each time, also never return your calls. Most recent order was just one door they say it will be completed in one day, 24 days later and many calls still nothing. Just a waste of time and too much frustration for a simple transaction.
AlI called this place to get a quote on 3 doors. The salesman told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. Instead Erwin decided to go out for breakfast and not return my phone call with a quote. I called numerous times just to talk to another salesman with a nasty tone. I should have read the reviews reagarding the unprofessional manner these people conduct business. I guess they don’t like the color of money.
Alex HernandezIf I could leave negative stars I would. These people are extremely unprofessional when it comes to customers service and even worse at their jobs. There is no way anyone is licensed let alone properly trained to do the work you hire them for. They will leave the job in a worse condition than the first time. If you hire them you will have to call them back to fix the mess they will create. Instead of fixing it they will come back and make it worse, followed by disrespect. When you defend your pride in your own home they will leave and refuse to come back to fix their mistakes. They will say lies about there customers in order to refuse service. They are a fraud and people need to be warned ⚠️ Damaged tiles they never fixed in the picture below
