Ana MosqueraI had a horrible experience at Home Depot yesterday. I tried to purchase two pieces of plywood (2.5ft x 4ft each) from the scrap bin, which is supposed to be 70% off. Instead of charging me for the actual wood I took, the manager tried to charged me for two full sheets (4ft x 8ft each) and then applied the discount. She failed to understand that a full sheet costs $45 and has 32 square feet, and my two pieces totaled only 20 square feet. The correct price with the 70% discount would have been $8.44. Instead, the manager tried to charged me $27—which would have been an overcharge of $18.56! I tried to explain to her, but she refused to fix it and I was unable to buy the wood, not to mention that this took her over 20 min!. Home Depot should train employees better, they need to be able to do simple arithmetics!. Would not recommend buying from the discount bin unless you double-check the price!

Every Home Depot I’ve been At most people are very nonchalant to customers and questions are not answered; However, at this store, Eliseo impressed me so much with how extremely well he treated us how knowledgeable he was about the whole store. He helped us tremendously with a great attitude, and again great knowledge he is a great asset and he should be able to be promoted. He deserves it. I’m very thankful you guys hired him to help you out. I purchased two vanities at this store And without his assistance, my purchase could’ve been done. D LIve been coming to this location almost everyday for about a year now at open and without fail this dark green chevy colorado is parked in 2 spaces either sidways or like they are in the attached picture. odnel michelI've been in this Home depot twice in 2 weeks. I came contact with 3 different cashier, neither one of them spoke any english and didn't even try. I guess management is saying if you don't speak spanish, don't come to this store.
