We used Avison Young for 2 deals for our business MONA Consignment. The first deal was in 2020 when we purchased our commercial unit on Fort St, this deal went off without a hitch. Matt was very helpful with all aspects of the deal. Our recent deal went through in February of 2024, we came to an agreement with the landlord with the help of Matt. There were terms on the lease that didn't work for us and Matt was able to work with the landlord to secure us a lease that worked for us. We would use Avison Young again for any future deals.
