ZERO star: Doctor Janelle A. Did not believe me when I first report shoulder pain in March and I went back in late April for help. Still doesn’t believe me! She requested all records from chiropractor, PT and Orthopedic RI before she would make a decision to complete my FMLA paperwork so I can heal properly. I’m beyond dissatisfied and angry I don’t feel believed by primary care doctor.
