I recently ordered the "X Large Chipotle Pizza" from Panago Pizza, and it was honestly a huge disappointment. First off, the crust was overly thick and bland, lacking that delicious, crisp bite you’d expect from a pizza. The Chipotle flavors, which I was excited about, didn’t come through at all. The toppings were sparse and didn’t seem well thought out, with a weird balance of flavors that didn’t complement each other. The cheese felt like an afterthought and didn’t help tie the pizza together. To top it off, the size was massive but not in a good way — it was just too much of something that didn’t taste great. I won’t be ordering this again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Definitely a miss.

Ordered an XL for pick up and Next time I order will ask for more sauce and maybe extra cheese it fed the 4 of us also Ordered 8 chicken wings (big pieces and would have liked more spices and salt). Good pizza dough with no grease 😄 will definitely order in future.

Unlike many pizza chains, Panago rarely has buy 1 get 1 free deal, which can be a downside for budget-conscious customers, they may benefit students with ID card proof as advertised. However, for those seeking a consistently excellent pizza experience, Panago never disappoints.

I was gifted a coupon for 2 medium pizzas, 2 salads, and a pop. So for dinner tonight I figured I’d use it but there was a problem at the panago store - the store had no romaine lettuce for the salads. I said no biggie, just use another type of lettuce or another side. They said that it’s not possible - the coupon is only valid for salads. They offered that I could just not get the salads. Yeah right!? Like you should have atleast offered a substitute side for the salads since it’s not my fault your company sells coupons for things they don’t stock. Update; I did what the store owner said and followed up with customer service but got the same feedback. Panago is not responsible for selling you things they don’t have in stock. Complete waste of time
