We purchased an investment property in Grand-barachois and decided to use BCBL Property Management as we didn’t reside close to the property to manage it the way we would want. I can’t say enough about the service we have received from Brandon and Brodie. They have done an excellent job managing any issues that may arise and are able to deal with them immediately. This has removed any stress from owning an investment property as this is the first investment property we have purchased. BCBL property management is run by Brandon Carson and Brodie Lewis, both of whom are a pleasure to talk to, they go extra mile with property management to make things right, like they interview the potential tenants themselves to find the right fit, the other appreciative part is that they follow the process and documentation diligently. Also they are very considerate to all parties involved (including tenants), they would stand their ground in considering tenants interest, even if that means saying no to the owners, for us as it was our first investment property, they needed to spend a lot of time with us , to help us understand tricks of the trade, they were very patient in setting our expectations rightly and help us understand how process works.
