The only thing I can think of to improve this business is lower pricing on services. But even then, they fell right in the middle of all the quotes I received to rebuild my transmission. But I got what I paid for. Tony and his guys were quick to rebuild my transmission and put together a quality product. Tony had answers for all my questions and concerns and he absolutely earned my trust. And for me, that goes a long way when working with a mechanic you’ve never worked with. What auto needs I have in the future, I’ll absolutely be going to Budget Auto and Transmission again. Thanks guys.

My 98 Chevy short box is my pride n joy. Tony was easy to work with, he’s super busy so they don’t call back to update you when they say they will ( that’s the only negative thing I can think of ) His work is awesome, he had my truck in on short notice and had my transmission rebuilt and back in with some other things fixed as well, all within 4 days. Charged me a really really fair price and much better than other shops I called. I will be bringing my truck back to Tony and his crew whenever I have an issue! A++ From me.

I've been to these guys twice now, once for an oil change and once for some work on my serpentine belt(which ended up being my serpentine, my ac compressor AND my power steering belts)and I will never use anyone but this shop as long as I live in Salem! These gentlemen are wonderfully pleasant to work with, have super fair pricing, and do quick, quality work! Every time I've worked with them, I've been able to call the day before and get in the very next day, and I'm never left waiting more than a few hours before they've called me back with my car ready to be picked up! They make sure that anything urgently needed on the vehicle that needs to be fixed gets fixed, especially anything that might cause more expensive problems down the line. I cannot say enough good things about working with this shop. The only small downside is that you pay a 3% surcharge for using a credit or debit card, however, that is a surcharge I'm happy to pay to work with a local, family-owned business. Tony and his team were great! I had a shop down the street try and quote me $2,700 for fixing things I didn’t need and the guys at Budget Auto were able to fix my vehicle for $165. It’s nice to find an honest shop who will your vehicle at a fair price and not just try to make as much money off you as possible.
