Build With ARK

After being disappointed with our potential previous contractors, we were referred to Build with ARK by our friends, and I’m really glad we went with them. They were able to take on our project on such short notice and still managed to deliver everything on time. I really appreciated their great communication — they gave us daily updates, were always quick to respond, and made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. They suggested practical solutions that fit our budget, and even advised what we could hold off on until a later phase. They were also very accommodating with our situation (we were in between selling and buying, and I had nowhere to sleep). They somehow made it possible for me to still stay at the house while construction (after demo, flooring was installed and have a functioning bathrooms) was going on, which I really appreciated. Overall, Build with Ark is professional, honest, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor who truly cares about the client’s needs and situation.

We had this company complete our laundry room. From the beginning they were very professional and kind. They stopped by and inspectwd the renovation area then made the plans. They gave us a start date and started that day and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The thing we like is they put tarps and A LOT of plastic barriers to prevent any dust from leaving their work site. They had plastic barriers leading from the garage upstairs all the way downstairs. Once downstairs they had more plastic barriers before leading into the laundry room. We were so happy we didn't need to clean or dust the other rooms. Once they finished they cleaned everything and even mopped it for us. They gave us a week to see if we were happy with the renovation and if we wanted anything to be changed or if we disliked something. They renovated the floor, the room, the walls and our stairs. Everything was professionally done including the pot lights they installed. They gave us really good advice on which type of flooring is best and worked within our budget to make it work. We're very pleased with their work and recommend them to anyone who's interested in doing renovations with a really good company.

My husband and I used Alvin and his team’s services to update our kitchen and remodel our bathroom. He listened to our rough ideas of what vibe we wanted and helped us keep the cost as reasonable as possible without sacrificing the end result. We had to do the renovations while living there and I was worried it would be too stressful because we have a baby, but he managed to work around us and make us (including baby) feel comfortable. Overall, we’re very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom.
