Had an issue with the shower tray which kept leaking , Jubel initially did a video call and when through some checks with me to understand if it’s an actual leaking pipe or something else . He identified it’s the seals which have failed and came down to seal the corner of the shower. Unfortunately this still hasn’t worked therefore he emphasised I need to get in touch with the plumber who installed the shower tray and enclosure and get this rectified and highlighted the area of issue for the plumber . Really good customer service and knowledge of plumbing mechanics he has . Highly recommend him .
