I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I contacted them about a vehicle, expressed clear interest, and confirmed a time to come in the next day. I was traveling from out of town (hours away), and politely asked if I could leave a refundable deposit to hold the car. They refused but assured me the car would be there. The next day, after traveling all morning, I found out they had sold the car without even giving me the basic courtesy of a heads-up. No call. No text. No apology. Nothing. When I followed up, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. No accountability, no professionalism. Just a complete disregard for people’s time and effort. I’ve dealt with plenty of dealerships before… this was by far the most disrespectful treatment I’ve received. If you value honesty, communication, or your time, look elsewhere.
