Every staff member I've met is kind, courteous and knowledgeable about Floatation Therapy. I worked Zebulon. There are many things you can do for self care and pampering. In getting to know more about Float Therapy I found it is very relaxing and used by Olympians, Professional Athletes, Military and is a SEAL endorsed super learning tool. It's also a Reduction Environment Stimulus Therapy, R.E.S.T. with this being said the outside world disappears and floats away during your float. Buoy Underground also has a Private steam room, Messages. B.U. has many float options for a two person float, or individual floats. So bring up your self care with a float, it's an amazing relaxing time.

I was gifted a 2 person float and a 30 minute steam shower as a gift. What an INCREDIBLE experience at Buoy! Before we did any floating, we were walked through the process by staff and he was very thorough and supportive. Floating was a sensation I’ve never felt before and was so relaxing. The spa was extremely clean! Before we left, we were given a hand-written card thanking us - from someone who has worked in customer service, all I can say is WOW this was top notch! I loved the environment at Buoy, I can’t wait to go back for my next experience!

Very relaxing experience. The facility is clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. The float rooms are perfect in pretty much every way. They provide ear plugs and everything else you might need before and after your float. Having the shower right next to the float pod is wonderful. Enjoying herbal tea after your float continues the wonderful experience. Would definitely return for another float!
