Lodge Kohler

We stayed at Lodge Kohler for our anniversary and were blown away by the experience. They had a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival and sweet chocolates placed on the beds-such a thoughtful touch! Our stay was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The view of Titletown from our window was beautiful, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and best of all- it was QUIET. So many hotels are noisy, but we didn’t hear a thing all night. Truly peaceful. The water temperature was perfect and the shower was absolutely amazing- one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Every detail felt intentional and luxurious. We can’t recommend Lodge Kohler enough- the perfect place to unwind and celebrate something special!

I typically stay at the Hotel Northland, but I decided to give Lodge Kohler a try on a recent work visit. Everything was incredibly clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the location felt very safe. The lobby and the room itself were very well decorated. I loved the little chocolates that were left in the room for my arrival. The restaurant onsite had a good selection of cocktails. The bathroom was awesome with upscale toiletries and plush towels provided. The one issue I ran into was that somehow, a $106 bottle of wine was billed to my room at check-out, which presented a serious issue since I was traveling on my company corporate card. If I had not been attentive to my receipts due to needing to submit accurate expenses to my company, this additional charge may have gone unnoticed. I worked with their accounting department to investigate, and ultimately they determined that whoever signed for the bottle of wine did not match my signature, so I'm not sure what happened or how this mistake was made. Accounting did fully refund me for the incorrect charge in a timely manner, which was appreciated. Kelly in the accounts receivable department was very helpful and professional. I would stay here again, but I would definitely ask for a paper receipt instead of an emailed one at check-out to ensure I recognize all the expenses. A $106 error is a pretty big charge to accidentally bill someone's corporate card.

I came to Green Bay to visit my brother. I wanted an upscale hotel that also allowed my Puppy. |I’ve been blown away by the hospitality, cleanliness and design. Every employee from housekeeping to front desk, concierge’s and the restaurants has gone above and beyond. The friendliness of everyone has been much appreciated and acknowledged. The cleanliness of the room along with the design and quality, impeccable. I’ve worked as a direct of sales for a hotel company in Los Angeles for 12 years and now own my own restaurant in Manitowish waters. You guys have not only impressed me, you’ve inspired me. Thank you for the experience, my puppy and I will surely be back and I’ll share this experience with my friends, family and clients. |Thank you!!!!
