I had a massage with Brian and it was great! He knows how to successfully execute deep pressure. He was very good at communicating with me about my wants and needs before and during the massage. He was friendly and was happy to adjust things to my preference. The space was clean. I would return.

This place is a wonderful little gem in downtown Missoula. The float tank experience is a genuinely relaxing and revitalizing experience. Float Missoula is welcoming and inviting for all. No pressure. Fair pricing. Clean and comfortable and functionally luxurious. Just do it.

My daughter visited Float Missoula on 9/20/25 to redeem a $99 gift card I purchased for her birthday. Shockingly, the staff claimed the gift card was invalid, forcing her—a college student on a tight budget—to pay out-of-pocket for a 60 minute massage. Despite providing proof of purchase, I was told to wait for a manager’s review, leaving her with no resolution. Montana law (MCA 30-14-108) clearly states gift cards don’t expire and must be honored—Float Missoula failed to comply. Worse, my daughter requested a female massage therapist for comfort, but was assigned a male who made inappropriate comments about her body during the session. This left her feeling unsafe and violated, far from the relaxing experience we expected. The lack of respect for her preferences and professional boundaries is unacceptable. This was a terrible experience, from invalidating a paid gift card to disregarding basic customer comfort. We’ve demanded a full refund and an apology, but until this is resolved, we cannot recommend Float Missoula. We’ll be sharing this with our community to warn others. Save your money and choose a spa that respects its customers.

Best massage I've had in quite a while. Tally was 10/10. Professional, attentive and just purely a good massage therapist. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere is great. They have availability on Sundays which is the only day I have off, so that's convenient. Will be back.
