First off, they lied to me about taking any credit card and wanted cash only. The driver was speeding through traffic which made me feel uncomfortable and not safe. The driver dropped me off at my hotel and demanded I pay cash even though they can take card. The driver was not professional about it and the accepted credit cards was displayed on their window. The driver then said why I haven't taken a shuttle to the hotel. I've never been to this ariport before and I don't know where everything is at. Seems like he wanted to be lazy and do nothing. Next time I'm in Baltimore, I'm taking an Uber to my next location.

UPDATE: DISPUTED AND WON DISPUTE. Stay away from these guys. Warning: Talk to a human, do not use their website. Lies in review response as well, real winner here folks. Horrible customer service and unfair consumer policies. After requesting a reservation, I received an automated email stating that the reservation is not final until they confirm it. I waited several hours for them to confirm and I called many times trying to reach someone to confirm and never spoke with to anyone. Since they never confirmed I arranged alternate travel. At the time of the trip they called "confirming" by stating they were on-site. I informed them that they never confirmed and the reservation was not final, per their own email. They dispute that (saying that they don't need to confirm it, and I should have considered it confirmed) and charged me the full amount (disputed). Stay away from these guys, stick to a rideshare app or a reputable company. If the owner believes anything I've stated is not true, please specify exactly what is not true. I've attached the confirmation e-mail which states what I've said above about the reservation not being final. If what owner says is true, then they don't bother confirming it ever until it is too late to cancel. Please owner, address this direct question. Is that what happened or not? Note: Owner's only response is to say I'm with a competitor, I'm not, and can't even suggest a local competitor. I'd walk before I used these liars.

We used the service on arrival at BWI. All went well. On our outbound trip we made a reservation for Sunday at 4:45 PM. We requested our original driver. At 4:45 Sunday with a flight to catch at BWI, no car showed, we called repeatedly. No one answered the phone. We were stuck as no Uber available at that hour and local taxi was 1-1.25 hours out. We resolved on our own and got to the airport. When booking car services, make sure that you have one that answers their phone and shows up. THIS SERVICE DID NEITHER I’d give 0 stars if possible.
