Be very careful using this service for your return flight. If your flight is delayed and they didn't properly track your flight they make you purchase the car again. Because you are unable to connect them while still on the air that the plane is delayed due to the weather. So if you use this service make sure you can guarantee that you will arrive on time. Customer service friendly they are not.

I had an awesome experience with BWI Shuttles. Anna picked me up on my way to Phoenix. She was on time and very personable. The car was nice and clean and very roomy. She got me to the airport on time. Tony picked me up on time and got me home safely. They're professional and the Towncares are top of the line. Their rates are great. You must give them a try.
