I bought a gamepad a week and a half ago and the device had a problem with Windows. I went to the store to look for help. All the employees ignored me. They didn't offer to help me at all. I stood there for 4 hours in front of them and no one cared about me. It's funny that when you buy something, they treat you differently, but after you buy it, they don't know how to provide good after-sales service. In short, I went to the store and they said they wouldn't help me and that it wasn't my problem. I paid £400 and got a device that didn't work. I thought the treatment from everyone in the store was very bad. I don't recommend this store and I'll never go back there. After all, they sell devices that only work for 1 week and then they don't care. If you're seeing this comment, know that you could be buying something defective.

Don't bother selling at this cex they won't accept any thing put in for tests. They also make up issues which I knew wasn't a issue was a very good condition item. Wasted my time Another issue 3 times now when you go to the till they always add a few pound to the total then when you question it they say "oh my bad" hmm don't trust this branch at all! I will be putting in a complaint. Won't be coming back.
