He has tips to keep your home simple to keep costs down, or make it as elaborate as you want. It truly was a custom experience. He was very forward with us and allowed us to meet with all of his contractors to explain what we wanted. He lets you be apart of the process as much as you want to be. We worked with Cogdill Builders to build a 1,250 square ft. pool cabana (custom accessory structure) on our Seminole Heights property and Mike Cogdill was a great partner and guide. Mike works with you where you are - if you want to save money he will help; if you want to build a palace, he will get it done. This was a difficult project from the start due to narrow access to the back of our lot and then we had covid issues to deal with. Mike and his team were all great to work with through a challenging process and we couldn't be happier with the end result. If you are building a home in the Tampa Bay Area, I recommend that you talk to Mike as early as possible in the process and give him a shot.
