Patrick ShropshireWe worked with Domain to Build-On-Our-Lot. Closed in 2023. Looking back on the entire process i am very happy with the outcome and the choices we made AND with Domain overall. On the front end we worked with Guy on planning and options. He is a pro. Fast and clear communication. We had one sit down with their interior design team (Jon) to choose options. Very simple and brief. Our construction manager was Brice. He was fantastic. Very professional and honest. Yes, we had delays. But you should expect delays in all construction. Yes, there subs. You should expect subs in all construction. But again, 20 months into living in the home I am very happy with Domain. The customer service was great. The value is great. The quality and concern is great. Finally, we did have a warranty claim about 12 months in: water intrusion via some pinholes in the stucco. Mike, who I believe manages ALL construction, came out and did a very thorough inspection, and they fixed the issue. It was a very smooth process. I would recommend domain. I would also recommend paying for the big ticket upgrades like the kitchen or bathroom. It’s worth it.

Been in our home going on 3 years and we are extremely satisfied with the quality, design, and layout of our home. We built our home in the Tampa Bay Area near the water and our home had no damage or flooding with the past 2 hurricanes. Brice was professional, knowledgeable, and always available when needed he was super awesome to work with!! Shout to Guy who was also very professional, knowledgeable and amazing to work with, Guy played a huge part in the land assessment, he ensured the property was buildable for the specific home model we wanted to build (Summerhill B model) he was also super responsive. I could go on and on but the take away is that I highly recommend building with Domain Homes! They will definitely be building my next home soon!
