I completely understand that this is a thrift store but if your asking for good quality clothes give good guality prices on the clothing we bring I had six beautiful Easter dresses some jeans that I got from JCPenney’s also some blouses and T-shirts that I got from JCPenney’s and some leggings and a few jean shorts. I had literally 34!items that they wanted and they wanted to give me $31.98 and that’s just the beginning literally whenever the young lady started checking out my clothes she was smiling. Shewas nice. But Kayla, I believe is the manager there as soon as she heard me, tell the younger girl that I was sorry that there was a lot of items she literally picked up her face from what she was doing and marched over there to where the young girl was at doing the clothes that I brought in. She was literally smelling them as if they stunk which they didn’t and whenever another customer had came up to the register she borrowed my clothing that she had in her hand. She balled it up and threw it, and it fell on the floor and then when she came back, she was literally doing the same thing, throwing them on the floor, and these are items that she was keeping and whenever I told her if she cannot do that, just throw them on the floor she just looked at me and told me if I didn’t like it I could go someplace else which I told her she didn’t have to act like that and continue to grab all the clothes that I had in the bin and threw them on the table and which most of them fell on the floor, and I just was so flabbergasted and so surprised on how she was acting and just appalled, and whenever I asked her is that how she treats all the clothing that comes through here that is potential merchandise to sell she stated that it was an accident, and I literally was looking at the other two ladies that were there, and they were literally so embarrassed of how she was acting it just it made me feel so uncomfortable and so unwanted there by this lady Kayla, I will be taking this further and and talk to the Better Business Bureau because something has to give with this lady, I’ve read the reviews on her and they literally have kept this woman that treats everyone they’re like trash, talks to them like trash something needs to be done but seriously, 34 items and they’re gonna give me the price $31.98 like literally that’s less than a dollar each item whenever I seen dresses there that were $12.50 the pants I believe I had seven of them the ones there being sold were for $7.50 and $8.50 it was just such a lowball that they were trying to give me for 34 items less than what they were worth and it’s so surprising because they want you with no stains no nothing which I completely understand but come on now if you want good quality clothes and you were and you clearly get them give us good quality prices for them not less than what they’re worth literally less than a dollar each item
I enjoyed walking around that store because of how organized it was. I was able to trade in clothes that no longer fit my daughter for cash to buy clothes that did fit my daughter. I was surprised at how organized the store was and how affordable and how good conditions were the items I purchased. The boys section was septate from the girls, seperated by sizes and occasions. My favorite part of my visit was looking around at everything. I was given the impression the store only took in good quality items not like a thrift store.
Sadly, this location is the ugly stepkid of all of the OUAC locations. There is no organization when it comes to the sizes. There’s no organization by type of outfit. In fact, there is so much outdated clothing, it makes me wonder who is actually looking up trending baby wear. It’s a hot mess, to be honest. There’s so much winter stuff out, that it’s taking up room for what could be better organization and more current season clothes. I’ve been to several OUAC stores and this, by far is the absolute worst. I’ve visited twice and it’s awful.
