Customer experiences
I got so busy I forgot to write about my experience when I got my mocha. Everything was as expected. Thank you for the wonderful compliment on my shirt. Can you believe I got three random compliments from strangers about the shirt throughout the day? Crazy. We don't have Dutch Bros in my neck of the woods. It's always a treat for me to be in an area that has one.
10/10 everytime!!! Customer is always phenomenal. Love the vibe. I’m always at this location. Anyone who has a bad experience can have the day they deserve. We ride at dawn for the workers!!! They are amazing!!! 🤩🤩🤩
I go to this location ALL the time. Most of the workers are friendly and I have enjoyed getting to know a few of them being that almost every day, at my old job, I'd come here to bring my family home a drink. So needless to say, I got to know a few of the girls that work here at this location. Even brought them some sweet treats for holidays a few times. My order has been wrong a couple times and I get it technology isn't always our friend, whatever. I ALWAYS offer to pay for the correct drink that they have to make because that's only right. You're getting a service you pay for it. Typically they tell me no it was their mistake, so then i try to leave a bigger tip. Today one of my drinks was wrong, no biggie. I had already paid for the drinks they made me and let them know one was wrong. The guy at the window apologized and turned to another worker and she couldn't understand what was wrong with my drink so I explained. She turned to me and asked me for the drink they made wrong back (weird.....I already paid for this drink but okay) then proceeded to tell me I have to charge you again for the new drink we're making. I stopped and said hold on I already paid for that one I don't mind paying for the new one but why take that one if it's already paid for? She looked at me annoyed and I said this was your guys mistake which I don't mind paying for the drink but why am I getting charged twice and giving this one back? She gave me the WORST attitude and said fine if you're going to make a big deal about it then I will just not charge you for the drink. Shocked cause I've NEVER had this kind of experience at any of the Dutch bros. SheShe let me know she was the manager on duty, wouldn't give me her name, the contact info for a higher up, or a customer service number. Don't worry though I Googled it and spoke with someone. When I was driving off she had the nerve to keep going after arguing with me for almost 10 minutes. She said something about "you don't have to be such a...." but I drove off before hearing the end. If you go to this location the workers are amazing but the management (female, lots tattoos, and lots piercings: nothing wrong with her appearance just the best way to describe her) "got in trouble for giving out free drinks" I wasn't asked for anything free but getting charged double for a mistake you made was not in my agenda today. If the "owner" sees this and comments back I've already contacted customer service and they've sent this to your regional manager.
I had to stop coming to this location cause I’ve had a few negative interactions with some of the staff members there- this is when I worked at a house near there and would get off around 9:30pm9:40pm, I would go there in the past had no issues until 3 months ago when I went and I even before I pulled I saw a younger male staff with super curly hair and braces sweeping until til he saw my car and he rolled his head back and to groaned as I saw him drop the broom once I saw that I just left, and had to drive 20 minutes to another location that stayed open till 11pm, the second interaction was again on a Sunday around the same time I saw the same staff members as they were helping people who were standing outside, but as soon as I pulled up and stopped at the window the female worker muttered something under her breath to the same male staff and rolled her eyes as she picked up the tablet and said,” what do you want?” As soon as she had given me that tone I just looked at her and said,” never mind cause it seems as if you don’t want to help me.” And I drove off completely angry and confused. This girl was white with blue/green eyes with dirty blond hair and hair had put them in space buns, the other gentleman like I stated had super curly hair, tannish with dark brown eyes and had braces always wore the visor hat. Thanks to those two I no longer want to come to this location
Cafe es Amor is a cafe.
