Traveling in from Kentucky and went out with Mark it went flawlessly and was very interesting. It was an fantastic experience I would do it again in a minute . We seen tons of wildlife and beautiful cypress trees. Highly recommend this.

My husband and I took this tour in early August 2021. We were in the area visiting for the first time and when our plans fell through, we reached out to another tour company, but they couldn't fit us in on such short notice. They actually referred us to Cajun Customized Excursions, advising that Mark would likely be able to fit us in with only a days notice and he was a great guy who gave a great tour and we wouldn't regret it. This was his competitors telling us this, AND they were right! He did fit us in, and even easily adapted when we requested to change the agreed on meeting time the day of, because we arrived a couple hours earlier than expected. He was so kind and flexible, no other tour guide or company would have been so gracious. And all that was before the tour even started. I can't say enough about the tour itself. I truly felt as though I was out there with a friend. This was by far, the most personal and intimate swamp tour I've ever been on. There are so many words that come to mind when I think about it. It was educational, interesting, peaceful, serene, and beautiful. But the word that I thought of while on the water that day and every time I've thought about it since has always been Magic. It was a magical experience. I'd recommend Mark and this tour to anyone and everyone!
