Captain Steve was amazing. He was soooooo knowledgeable and was the sweetest man. He went above and beyond if we come back I would definitely wait to go with him. Thank you Steve. Our ride up was also such a great experience. Amber was our driver and she was so sweet and friendly. She gave us tips and kept us laughing. Thank you Cajun Encounters we will definitely be back to see Captain Steve l, Amber and the gators

Best swamp tour ever!!! Captain Everett really made our tour so enjoyable and kept us entertained throughout the entire ride. It was super informative, and I would highly recommend this experience for everyone visiting Nawlins! *also wanted to add, I love that this excursion offers transportation! We only had to walk maybe 800 ft. from our hotel (The Saint) to the pick up spot, making this experience even better! Cornell was a GREAT bus driver and was very entertaining, and also did an amazing job informing us of the history of everything we were seeing on the drive over to the swamp. Very well done from everyone involved!

Captain Ketchup was amazing! He made our tour the absolute best with all of his knowledge & witty humor! Great tour & info. We were able to view multiple alligators up close, wild hogs, racoons & other wildlife. Def worth the price of admission! ❤️

This is our second trip to New Orleans and we were looking forward to doing a swamp tour this time around. We added transportation from Canal St. and our driver, Amber, was super knowledgeable and had a lot of great recommendations for where to eat and visit. The drive went by quick, the bus was comfortable and we got to relax before and after the tour. When we arrived at the swamp the gift shop employees were super lovely with our check in process and souvenir purchases. Captain AA-Ron was awesome! He had so many cool facts about the plants and wildlife and made sure that everyone on the boat got a chance to get their photos and videos. There were LOTS of gators, raccoons, snakes, birds and wild hogs. Overall this exceeded our expectations in service, quality and enjoyment. Thanks for a great memory!
