The lodge is extremely cozy, and the setup was perfect for us—having the rooms within the main area made it easy to enjoy our evenings after putting our toddler to sleep. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even let their sweet dog play with our son, which made his day! You can tell they really care about the place—it’s well maintained and has a warm, homey feel. Highly recommend!

It is very unique and you feel like you are part of their family. Alma and Dan, the owners sit and mingle with you if you wish to, and Dan is full of all sorts of information. Alma’s homemade bakery in the mornings is an added benefit! The rooms are a bit small with no TV, but that didn’t even bother us. If you want a clean, unique place to stay, this is the place for you!!
jaciehurdWe managed to gather a ski group big enough to rent the entire Teepee! What a fun experience. Thanks to great pre-organizing, and with the help of our hosts Alma & Dan, we catered dinners all 3 nights, and even had a masseuse available!|Alma's homemade breakfasts were perfect to keep us going on the slopes, and Dan provided local hacks to save us some time and walking in our ski boots.|The Teepee is charming, with a central firepit, a bar that we could stock, and many places to spread out in small or large groups. Our bedroom was super comfortable and surprisingly quiet, thanks to the double doors. |The proximity to Grand Targhee and various Nordic centers was key. We loved it!!
Claudia GehreWent to the Teton Teepee Lodge for a course in a group but even as an individual traveller I'd always stay there. The hospitality and kindness, the cleanliness and superbe maintenance of the place are unmatched. If your heart doesn't melt at the beauty of the place, Lucy the kindest doggo on duty ever, will just look at you, guide you to the little closet where her treats are kept and make you understand that you're supposed to give her one each day. I wish I could have stayed longer than just 5 days!! The human team is full of warmth and true pros in accommodating their guests. You want find any better place within the range of the Tetons.
